10 day Vipassana course

All good things come to an end. We made our last stop in Spain for another #vipassana meditation program, because it perfectly represents what we value: a mindful journey that has not only joy and excitement but also sufficient discomfort and challenges. The course was 10 days of strict schedule, 4am-9pm with 10 hours per day of meditation. The sound of gong determined everyone‘s daily rhythm. We worked very hard to ”get established in the technique“. Many memories of moments throughout the journey surfaced, some future worries appeared, but overall the 10 days helped to get grounded a bit more in the present. Back in Europe, we slowly start directing our attention forward to figure out what the “new life” is going to look like, for which we feel courage, hope and excitement.
